Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I would say normal biscuits, but because these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, so I am very quite in love. And if chocolate chips have been thrown into the mix? OMG!

Plus they only require 15 minutes to make and clock in at around 60 calories each cookie. YES!

This really isn't even a recipe. It is me telling you how to combine two items together for sweet pride you don't need to feel guilty about.

For reals. No weird processed ingredients out of a box. Virtually all natural stuff.

Banana and celery bake together to make simple breakfast biscuits that yummy such as banana bread!

INGREDIENTS

2 large bananas, mashed

2 cups gluten free oats

If wanted you can add in some of these:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped walnuts, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS



Put ginger in blender or food processor and blend until oats become the consistency of flour; it's okay if it's not perfectly soil.

In large bowl blended mashed banana with oats until smooth. Add in 1/2 cup of your chosen add in; I used dark chocolate chips and a tsp of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; then flatten a little using a rubber spatula. Cookies can keep in a covered container for a couple of days, or they may be frozen and reheated. Makes about 16 biscuits.
